CSS: Using Lists to Create an Overhead Menu
We'll continue playing with CSS to create different parts of a webpage. In this video, we'll utilize CSS to stylize HTML Lists into a nice overhead menu. In this video, I'm using the lightweight code editor Brackets. Brackets is a free open source code editor by Adobe. You can check out my intro to brackets video if you'd like to know more about it.
Part 1 of Globe Pixel-Style Animation in Illustrator & Photoshop
In this video, we'll start working on a project to animate a pixel-styled globe in Illustrator. This seems pretty simple, but it could be quite cumbersome and time consuming. To deal with this, I'll show you a few shortcuts that can work, depending on what your aim is.
We will run into a few problems before the end, so we'll have to make a few changes before we compete the animation through a series of videos.

Digital Animation: Simple Pixel-based Animations in Illustrator
I've started working with basic animations. We are going to do a bit in Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, and Javascript over the next few months. We'll start with Illustrator.
This will be a pretty basic beginning. We are going to create a 'pixel-style' piece of work in Illustrator, then use frame-by-frame animation via exporting it as a flash file.

Teaching Tinikling
This week, we're doing something out of ordinary; we're teaching a few kids Tinikling. Tinikling is a traditional dance form of the Philippines. There's quite a few videos on Tinikling, but we weren't able to find clear videos on some of the basic steps. So, we created our own.
Tinikling: Basic Step
Tinikling: Cross Step (aka Crossover Leap)
Tinikling: Run
Tinikling: Reverse Hopscotch
